Routine maintenance of asphalt mixing plant
1. Lubricate the equipment according to the lubrication schedule.
2. Check the vibrating screen according to the maintenance manual.
3. Check whether the gas pipeline is leaking.
4. The blockage of the overflow pipe with large particle size.
5. Dust in the control room, too much dust will affect electrical equipment.
6. After stopping the equipment, clean the discharge door of the mixing tank.
7. Check and tighten all bolts and nuts.
8. Check the screw conveyor shaft seal lubrication and necessary calibration.
9. Check the lubrication of the stirring drive gear through the observation hole, and add lubricating oil appropriately.
Check every week
1. Lubricate the equipment according to the lubrication schedule.
2. Check the wear and damage of all conveyor belts, repair and replace if necessary.
3. When the blade is the driving device of the mixing cylinder, check the oil level of the gear box, and fill in the corresponding lubricating oil if necessary.
4. Check the tension of all V-belt drives and adjust if necessary.
5. Check the fastening of the bucket bolts of the hot material hoist, move the adjustment grid to facilitate the hot aggregate to enter the screen box.
6. Check the chain and head, tail shaft sprocket or driving wheel of the hot material hoist, and replace if necessary.
7. Check whether the induced draft fan is blocked by dust-too much dust can cause violent vibration and abnormal bearing wear.
8. Check all gearboxes.
9. Check the connection parts and accessories of the tension sensor.
10. Check the tightness and wear of the screen and replace it if necessary.
11. Check the gap of the feed hopper cut-off switch (if installed).
12. Check the de-threading and wear of all wire ropes, check the top limit switch and proximity switch.
13. Check the cleanliness of the outlet of the weighing hopper.
14. Lubrication of the drive bearings of the mining trolley (if installed), the gears of the hoist and the bearings of the mine car door.
15. The return situation of the check valve of the first stage dust collector.
16. Wear condition of the scraper inside the drying cylinder, the drying cylinder drives the chain splicing, pin, lotus wheel (chain drive), the adjustment and wear of the drying cylinder's drive wheel coupling, support wheel and thrust wheel (friction drive) ).
17. If the mixing tank blades, mixing arms, and shaft seals are worn out, adjust or replace them if necessary.

19. Check the oil level in the lubrication cup of the air system, and top up if necessary.
